My initial motivation into sports performance coaching stems from being an athlete in high school . I aspire to utilize my gym business to provide training and guidance to young athletes in order to make a positive impact in my community. I have over 6 years of training experience in the field training a diverse population of athletes and adult clients. I have knowledge of periodization and different training modalities to help clients get results and train safely. I implement training systems that integrate weight room development with movement skills and technology to get results.. I’m a certified ACSM personal trainer, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and level 1 track and field coach.
